The foregoing disadvantages can be overcome and the above-mentioned purposes are achieved by a method for packaging firewood according to the invention, which method is characterized in what is defined in the characterizing part of claim 1. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The main advantage of the invention is that the invented method and device enable the mechanical packaging of firewood. The method allows firewood to be packed and pre-packed firewood to be transported on the same machine.
